Hello my friends! Good morning! It’s everyone’s favourite day of the week! Friday baby! This is my 115th breakfast smoothie for him. 😘 This is a pineapple and mango fruit bowl and I call it the “Bowl of Sunshine” 🌞☀💛 named by @dleisa21 😍 from my Instagram. She is an amazing mother who is financially independent and a happy person. Just really a beautiful human being. I am so glad to have found her here in IG. Much love to this wonderful mom!❤
It’s Friday and I was reading the news. I am still saddened by Linkin Park’s loss of Chester B. I don’t know him personally but I feel really sad for him and what happened to his childhood.😢 Well, we all have trials but no child in this world should experience what he experienced. There is so much more to this world than what we’ve made of it. We only need to start from ourselves to make a change. Whoever we are and wherever we come from we have the power to change our reality by starting with ourselves. Likewise, these days I see a lot of people having difficulty loving who and what they are because we all want to belong and feel wanted. Please do not try to fit in.😉 Love yourself for everything that you are. The standards that the media has set for the world should not bother you because the media is mostly for entertainment purposes. I haven’t watched TV since 2006 and it rid me of false needs and wants. If you find it’s doing good for you and you have great educational channels that you love please don’t bother to care about this message. I am truly happy for you.❤❤❤ Finally, take care of the children they are your most precious gifts. HAPPY FRIDAY!❤💚💛💙
7-inch diameter bowl
1 ripe mango
1 cup ripe pineapple
16 oz plain organic yogurt
2 tbsp honey
Khorasan Kamut Wheat (any breakfast cereal)
Put 1 cup of cereals in the bowl and level to make the surface even. Blend mango, pineapple, and yogurt in a blender until fully combined. Add the honey while the blender is running. This will prevent the honey from getting stuck on the bottom of the blender. Pour the pineapple-mango smoothie in a circular motion on top of the cereals. This will prevent the cereals from floating to the surface of the smoothie.
raw hemp hearts
chocolate chips (use pure cacao)
chia seeds, black/grey
mixed grains (chia, barley, millet, quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat, etc)
Slice avos into three thin layers then use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to create avo hearts. Peel the pineapple if you’re using fresh with skin on, slice to 1/2-1 inch thickness and cut according to your likeness. I sliced it in triangular shapes so it’s easier. Decorate with other toppings any way you like.
